The CARBON 8X C-Series carbon fiber tripods and monopods off the ultimate in strength, lightweight and durability as compared to current competitive carbon fiber products on the market today. The INDURO CARBON 8X leg and column tubing is made from the latest 2nd generation of high quality, 8-layer carbon fiber tubing. In independent laboratory studies, testing revealed that the CARBON 8X tubing is 40% stronger under load (downward pressure) and 80% stronger lateral resistance (applied horizontal pressure to reach breaking point) as compared to leading brands. Fully assembled, the CARBON 8x series provides a 60% over all increase in strength and stability over other similar products. Induro attributes these significant performance improvements to an increase in fibers and less epoxy in their manufacturing blend.
