Great, Small Camera Bag January 9, 2009 Michael G. Geragosian (Stuck in Michigan...for now.) Bought this based on reviews. I had never actually handled a Crumpler bag, so buying it was a leap of faith. However, I was pleasantly surprised once it arrived. The bag seems sturdy and durable. It's a small bag but offers enough room for my Nikon D90 with attached 18-200 lens, a second 70-300 lens, and the charger/charger cable for my camera. That's about all that will fit inside, so look elsewhere if you need more room.
Another positive aspect of the bag is it doesn't look like a camera bag or scream "steal me" I have also had friends and family comment on how nice the bag looks.
Overall, if you'd like a sturdy, well padded camera bag that's non-traditional, and don't mind paying more for it; then this may be your bag.
great camera bag January 8, 2009 Lihui Hu (houghton , MI) I use it for my nikon D80. The bag has nice interior fabric to have protect the camera. The movable part inside to separate the space is nice too. At first I am not sure about the color. But when I got it, I love it.
pricy but wonderful January 7, 2009 L. CHEN for this bag, I finally enrolled the amazon credit card to save $30. It is wonderful, especially for a small woman living in a not very safe urban area like me~ And it's good for travel too. So far it went through the "splash mountain" in Disney and the beach sands. I put in it a canon xsi wish 18-55mm lens (don't know whether it's too small for bigger lens), a wallet, a cellphone, a sunblock, and some little things. There is no zip for most of the pockets, but nothing fell out or got wet so far.
I'm now a crumpler convert, and it can hold more than you expect. November 23, 2008 Benjamin Stephens 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I love this bag. Everything about it screams quality. I hated the idea of going to a backpack to hold my stuff, but I thought I might have to, until I found this bag. Most people will only have a camera w/lens, and either two spare lenses or a lens and a flash. I am able to put my D40 with the huge 18-200 and hood in the center section. Then on one side I have a 10.5mm and a 50mm together, with one of them wrapped in a handkerchief. On the other side I have a flash and neckstrap. Now the 10.5mm and the 50mm are both pretty compact little lenses, so your mileage may vary in getting two larger lenses on one side.
It's very well padded and fashionable, with plenty of pockets. I have some spare cards, a reader, some filters and a microfiber in the front pouch with plenty more room to spare.
Great look and quality but a bit small. November 16, 2008 David Smith (Cashmere, WA United States) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I bought this bag to hold my Nikon D80, Flash, and one extra lens along with filters, batteries, memory cards, etc. It was a bit too small and everything was very tight once packed. Also, it had a bit of a 'purse' look to it. Upgraded to the 6 Million Dollar Home.
Would be great for someone who doesn't plan to carry much other than the camera and maybe one lens or a flash with them.
