I have an older/cheaper PC with no memory card slots. A lot of my devices now (cameras, phones) use SD cards. This allows me to directly access my Micro SD cards as disk drives. Nice device. Nice price. Nice combo package.

Was a great addition to my new phone which I had purchased. My only complaint with this device is I thought the flash drive part would be a lot bigger. This isn't quite so, and this small device is really easy to lose. However it works and beats buying a bluetooth device controller just to move MP3's to my phone.

I was pleasantly surprised by the tiny size of the reader, which is about half the length of a typical usb thumbdrive. The 2gb microSD card is easy to insert or remove, and so the unit can be easily used as either:
1. a quick way to transfer data to/from the microSD card through a USB port, or
2. a small and convenient usb thumbdrive.
I did not measure the transfer speed, but it seemd to be as fast as a Sandisk cruzer drive I have been using.
I am quite happy with the purchase, and would highly recommend it to others.

This product is a very convenient size and of course can easily be upgraded as larger micro cards become cheaper. This is ideal for key ring attachment and to date has survived well on mine.
